Ongoing Support
This comprehensive package includes both private 1:1 and group coaching sessions each month, offering a range of learning, guidance, and support.
Along with personalized individual coaching, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with community members facing similar situations, and explore various neurodivergent topics and resources.
What to expect
- Each month, parents will receive a private 1:1 session with Dr. Machin. The virtual coaching session is designed to meet your unique needs and help you build on the skills you’re developing. Learn more about 1:1 sessions.
- Each month, two group sessions are offered. Dr. Machin will guide discussions about neurodivergent life topics — ranging from terms and symptoms to the complexity of neurobiology and the manifestations of typical behaviors.
- Build valuable connections in a supportive environment. Community sessions offer informal discussions among families, caregivers, and children to promote emotional support, share personal stories, and celebrate the beauty of neurodiversity.
How it works
- Request a complimentary, 20-minute phone consultation. Dr. Machin will learn about your situation and goals — and determine if membership is a good option.

- Attend two virtual, 60-90 minute monthly group sessions. Group meetings are at fixed times, twice each month. You’ll be emailed the details and link to join.
- Cost is $125 per month. There is also a $50 enrollment fee and a minimum commitment of three months.

The private and community spaces provide safe, supportive environments for personalized guidance and learning, along with opportunities to build meaningful connections with other members.

Relationships make the world go round. This style of medical practice under a membership model provides continuity of intimate, personalized care wherein we can establish more clarity in your needs as a parent and your child’s needs through their development and unique profile. The approach incorporates not just the child’s behavior, but the dynamics of the child’s relationships with their family members. It also recognizes the child’s unique strengths and abilities to learn about his or herself and develop a sense of agency in their life. Further, the membership provides opportunity for camaraderie through a “team” of other families who have similar desires to learn and grow in the same way. These relationships can prove invaluable over time as your specific situations evolve and new challenges arise.
The monthly membership provides you with two 60-90 minute long, virtual community sessions. These will alternate between formally lead discussions and informal, relaxed conversations and questions/answers. The goal of these meetings is to develop a sense of camaraderie while learning more about your child’s brain, breaking misconceptions, and shifting the lens in which you view behavior.
Membership also includes one monthly 45 minute private 1:1 session, where I help you navigate your specific situation with the aim of achieving a more authentic and peaceful connection with your child, and practicing skills that may serve to improve your quality of life. You can book your session from our website.
